Roger was there when we went to Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor and he handled the whole process so easily because there were too many choices and it was overwhelming for us. But he was easy to talk to and he guided me in one direction without pushing me.
He told me to take some samples home to see how I liked them but then I called him and told him the colors looked different everywhere I put them and that wasn't so helpful. So, he sent new colors in Monaco instead of what he had sent us before and after we picked he had it set up so the guys came in and did the work.
It was a very large job, they did my living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms and honestly, I never thought we were going to get it all done but the 2 guys were so great. Carlos was the lead and Marion who was with him, I have never seen anyone work so hard.
It was originally scheduled to be a 2 day job and they got it all done in 1 day. They moved all the heavy stuff and we didn't expect it but we were were all exhausted because we helped them with the vacuuming so that they could get it done.
It was a team effort and the guys here were such hard workers. Roger made the process so easy which was impressive considering that there was so much to do and my husband and I were dreading it every time we would think about it.
Never in a million years would have I thought that it could go so well. We are over 65 years old and it was daunting. I really couldn't say higher praises for Roger and the guys.
