I went into Paul's Carpet & Floor to look at new carpet. The first thing walking in the person who greeted me was very professional! He showed me what I was looking for and a couple of days later they were out to measure the rooms being carpeted. Everyone was professional, cordial and kind! One week later the installation crew came in and installed the carpet. They were very fast, efficient, and did an outstanding job! They did a very good job. Nothing was broken during the installation and they took great care to do it exactly right. It lifted our spirits when the new carpet was installed! It turned out absolutely beautiful! I am most grateful for the good guys and the service that they provided and for them to be so customer oriented! I appreciate them very much!
