Our latest experience with Paul's was just like the others: quick, easy, fairly priced, terrific installers, and on-time with no hassles. What's not to like about that?

We've dealt with Roger Jones at Paul's for years. He's a true expert on carpet and flooring, and he always comes through for us. This time around we were considering replacing our living room carpet because it had a number of "waves" in it. After examining it, Roger told us he had a stretching machine (from his days as a carpet installer) that might just get rid of the "waves." He retrieved it from his storage area, and brought it over. At no charge to us, he stretched our living room carpet and the "waves" all but disappeared, making it impossible to see them. Bottom line: no need to replace the living room carpet because it looks great!

Roger also obtained samples of new carpet for our master bedroom, bathrooms, and closet, which we took home and laid out. That made it easy for us to see how several kinds of carpeting would look in sunlight and the artificial lighing we have. We settled on one carpet from the samples and placed our order. Paul's installers showed up right on time, were extremely easy to work with, and did a most professional instllation. The price was very fair too. We're delighted!
