Everything was easy - from picking out the type of carpet and pad and even scheduling the install - everything was explained to us since we had not replaced carpet in many years. They were even able to work with our desire to keep costs down and let us do the removal of the old carpet ourselves. The new carpet is so nice - can't wait to do another room.
