The drain in our air conditioner in the condo backed up and we had to replace some of the carpet. About a year later black mold started showing up through the carpet so we knew that we had to replace all the carpeting. We had previously used a large flooring company here in town but we were not satisfied with them. They sold us supposedly high quality carpet but it wore out quickly and looked like it was five years old after the first year. We suspect that company of baiting and switching on us. So, we knew we would never use that company again. Instead, we called Carpet Plus Outlet. They replaced all the carpeting for us. They pulled up the old carpeting and we treated the mold with borax. Then, Carpet Plus Outlet came in and painted Kilz all over the wood flooring. Then, they carpeted everything wall-to-wall. They were a wonderful company to work with. Their transparency was phenomenal and that is something that you just do not see much anymore. They were honest and straightforward about everything. They were very low-key and low-pressure and they did exactly what they said they would do. That was such a good change from the previous flooring company. Carpet Plus Outlet was willing to help us out in any way that they could and we really appreciated that. Should we need carpeting in the future, we will be using them. They are very professional, friendly people and we highly highly recommend them to everyone!
