I have recommended Carpet Plus Outlet many times. My first experience with them was when my basement flooded, and they were the ones that came to clean that up. In doing the clean up they had cleaned a carpet run before they left. I got to looking at it and my goodness I couldn't believe how wonderful they were able to get that run of carpet. It looked absolutely amazing!
When you go into the store, everyone is very friendly. They greet you very kindly and then they find the right person for you to speak with for exactly the type of flooring you are looking for. Everyone is absolutely terrific and knowledgeable. They have the answers to all of your questions, and I like that they are personable enough to chat.
The installers are great and did a flawless install! My floor turned out absolutely gorgeous! Everyone who comes to my home just cannot believe what a beautiful job that they did. I cannot express the terrific customer service enough that this company provides. They are exceptional in their field of expertise.
