From our initial visit to the carpet installation - everything was done with ease and to perfection. Everyone who we came in contact with was very pleasant, professional, and were always helpful in answering our questions. Installers moved our furniture with care (which we greatly appreciated), they removed the old, installed the new pad and carpet through out the house, and trimmed a few doors in just 2 days. Excellent clean up after installation, you would never know anyone was here if it wasn't for the new carpet. Our customer experience was excellent and we would highly recommend Carpets Plus Outlet.
