Carpets Plus Outlet has been so very easy to work with. Everything that they did for me went fairly easy and smooth. This project started back in February putting new carpeting in the living room, dining room, office, and two bedrooms and a hallway. We were having tile matched for the kitchen. The salesman who came out was very nice and very easy to work with. This all took place just as the COVID lockdown started so we had to postpone some of it. When they were able to resume it was very nice and considerate of the installation crew to wear a mask and use distancing to limit personal contact. They have finally finished this large installation and I think it looks absolutely amazing! I have used Carpets Plus Outlet in the past and I did not hesitate to call them for this job. Their customer service is the best and they really are very responsive.
