A friend told me about Carpets Plus Outlet so I looked on the internet and they had good reviews so I gave them a call. I wanted new flooring so I went into the shop to look at different options. I worked with Matt who I think is the owner. He was very helpful. He explained the different materials in the flooring and gave me tips about what would wear better and last longer. I felt confident in the decision I made for my purchase from all the information I was given. I purchased vinyl planks. The crew that came to do the installation was great. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The lead tech told me there would be a lot of dust but they kept it to a minimum and cleaned up well each day after they were finished. He explained what they were doing and took the time to answer a few questions I had for them. They were great! It was a big project but I'm glad I did it, everything looks really good! I have already referred my friends to them. One of my friends already purchased carpeting from them! I highly recommend using Carpets Plus Outlet!
