My daughter and son-in-law recommended Carpets Plus Outlet to me. This was my first time using their store although I have driven past their store many times. I used to be in the interior design business so I knew what I wanted. When I went into their shop I talked with their owner and he gave me some samples and we compared different types of flooring to pick out. I had them lay some vinyl flooring, lay new carpeting in the bedroom and repair cork flooring in another room. Everything turned out good. There was a rough start with the cork floor but we found a better solution and everything turned out fine. The installation team was a father, son and two brothers and they made a great team. They worked together well, they were respectful of my home, they were courteous. They were professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time. I find their company as a whole, to be honest, and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend using Carpets Plus Outlet!
