When my vinyl flooring was being installed the installer noticed a very tiny imperfection in the floor. He contacted his boss and they decided they would not install the floor but reorder a new one. Chrissy at the Kenosha store contacted me and said that "you don't spend money on a floor that is not perfect". So they reordered and came back and installed the perfect flooring. I love my new floor!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone They went over and above and that is hard to find these days. I probably never would have noticed the imperfection until I was on my hands and knees washing the floor, but they did and this is a testament to the level of customer service this company provides.
