The entire staff and customer experience at Carpet Plus Outlet are beyond exceptional in value and professionalism, start to finish. If I could give Carpets Plus Outlet ten stars, I would. I would shout it from the rooftops! I've had many service people in my home over the last ten months since I bought this house and it's been one hassle after the next until Carpets Plus made their appearance. Nobody compares to the service these people gave me. From the salespeople to the installers, everyone was incredible. I don't have a single bad thing to say. They went over and above my expectations every day. I don't see this kind of exceptional customer service very often, if at all! Heather was the salesperson who supported me in my decision to choose regular, plain wood floors for my kitchen. I had been waffling and procrastinating for months before she showed me the options and assured me that I was making the right choice. The very next day, someone was out measuring and they were able to give me an estimate on the spot. Then when I inquired about four and a half-inch oak molding, he added that right into the estimate. When I asked about a cash discount, he said sure and revised the estimate immediately. I went back to the showroom to choose trim colors and everything was ordered and scheduled on the spot. The installers arrived on Monday and completely ripped out the old floor. By Tuesday they were installing the new floor. The trim had arrived earlier than expected so that was installed on the same day. By Tuesday evening the job was finished. I work from home in a space adjacent to the kitchen. The installers were conscientious about their work yet also aware that I was doing my work. They were exceedingly courteous. In addition to replacing the kitchen floor, I had ordered a rug pad for my dining room area rug which they placed down for me. After putting the rug pad in place, they got out my vacuum and cleaned it up. To my surprise and delight, they vacuumed the hallway carpet as well! The next day, I stopped by the showroom because one of the wooden dowels from a blind was missing. As long as I was there I mentioned that one of the basement ceiling tiles had been left askew and the backdoor threshold hadn't been screwed completely back down. First thing on Thursday morning, they were there to fix those few items and apologized profusely for overlooking them on Tuesday. Every time I turned around they were surprising me by another level of great customer service. Ten stars for Carpets Plus Outlet!
