I recently found out about Carpets Plus Outlet and tried them for the first time. I had them come to my home and install a new wooden floor in the living room. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about his work. The quality of the workmanship was very good and the floor looks beautiful. I really appreciated that the technician was very good about cleaning up after himself too. In general, I definitely would recommend Carpets Plus Outlet as it was mostly a good experience. The only thing that I had an issue with was that after I was given a quote on a price for the job the technician informed me of many options that I could have added --each for an additional cost. I would have liked to have been given those options prior to him coming out to my home so I could be prepared. I am certain he had to do that for his job, but still, I would have liked to have been given those options ahead of time. Otherwise, everything was great!
