I used Carpets Plus Outlet many, many years ago for carpeting in my house. Because they did such a great job with that I went back to purchase and install vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and came out and gave me opinions and such about which flooring I should purchase and we just hit it off great. We talked and laughed a lot! They are very personable.

After I made my decision about the type of flooring that I wanted the man who came out to measure the kitchen was very polite, informative, and very thorough!

The man who installed the flooring did an absolutely awesome job! He was very clean in his work, efficient and very personable!

When I first saw my finished floor I fell in love with it! I am very happy with all of their services and I would go back to them in a heartbeat!
