After using another business in Kenosha to install our master bathroom floor with terrible results, we knew we had to find another flooring business who would not disappoint us. Carpet Plus Outlet was that business. We were very satisfied with Heather when we first entered the store. She was very knowledgeable about all the products in the showroom. She spent a lot of time with us and made great recommendations. We also had some good sized samples to take home. We had to wait a few weeks for installation of flooring in the kitchen, front door area, hallway, laundry room, guest bathroom, living room and two bedrooms, but the end results were worth waiting for. Their crews are very friendly, professional and skilled. The vinyl flooring crew made finishes that were much better than what was originally there. The carpet crew also did a fantastic job. We are very satisfied with Carpet Plus Outlet and have recommended them to friends.
