As to your comment, I did not measure your foyer or recommend the amount of material you purchased several years ago which you originally intended to install yourself. Recently you asked me to install the material you had in the foyer for you, which we did for a minimal charge. As I explained to you personally on the phone, that particular style of Konecto luxury vinyl plank has since been discontinued and we cannot take back the small amount leftover. Our vendor would never accept it. Know that because that style is discontinued, it is to your benefit having a little extra material stored just in case some planks were to be accidentally damaged in your foyer or your kitchen which we also installed several years ago.

Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen. Even to the best of carpet layers that have been installing for many, many years. I am sorry that there was an issue with your carpet recently installed. However, as per our conversation regarding the matter, I had the installer return to make the necessary repairs to rectify your concerns.
