Carpets Plus Outlet has done at least three floors for us. They did a bedroom and a living room, then they put wood floor in the den. Every one of those projects was well done. I visited a number of flooring companies in the area in the course of locating what I wanted and I've always gone back to Carpets Plus because they provide service when they say they will and do a good job with installation. Their pricing is good to better, I would say. They once in a while have to be nudged but they understand that and are open to negotiations if the occasion arises, so I think they've been very competitive. I haven't had to call them for any follow-up care which I think speaks for itself.
