My salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the carpeting which she sold me. I did not want the vacuum marks nor the footprints to show in the carpet. This shows more than any carpet I have ever had! Other than that, I like the color and the feel beneath my feet. Just not happy with all the marks that show. Also, my survey was sent back 2 days after the installation.
