I really appreciated how friendly and down to earth they were at Carpets Plus Outlet. The salesperson walked me through a bunch of carpet choices. I asked for her recommendations and they were very helpful. I'm really happy with my carpet, it's super soft and it looks beautiful. The install was a snap. I hired them to move my very heavy furniture and they took care of it. It was a very good experience. I think the pricing was very reasonable. It was about the the amount I was hoping for and expecting based on the research I did and I feel like I got a really high grade carpet for the price.
