When my wife and I we were in Carpets Plus Outlet, picking out the carpet, the salesperson took his time with us. He showed us multiple carpets, and explained each of them. Like the wear, padding, where we were putting the carpet. It was just a really good, thorough experience. They also worked with us on the pricing of the carpeting. They were easily able to schedule someone to come out to do measurement for installation. And based on the dates they said they were going to install, everything was completed on time and finished very well. There was no damage done to the house. We wanted the carpet in the basement, so they had to carry it down a stairway. The product is very nice, we're very satisfied.
