Tile Ram is clean and fast. We had them out for the first time recently to do some tile removal in our home. They were in and out by noon! They showed up at 8am and were gone by noon, so really efficient. It is expensive, but for the service I think its probably in line. For a person to do it on their own, they would have to do it in a different way and it would be so labor intensive it might have taken days. But like I said they were in and out by noon and when they left it was all ready for the next step. I would definitely use the service again if I needed this kind of work done. They're friendly, efficient and they really seem to care. They try to take care of the ancillary parts of it, the parts that weren't working. They tried to keep things clean and avoid causing incidental damage. Overall I think they did a great job.
