I hired Irving Unlimited Services for some demo tile removal. This is not an easy job! They arrived when they said they would, they cleaned up after themselves and this is not an easy job to keep the work area clean, with all the dust and debri flying around, but these guys do a great job! Their pricing is a little different and most folks are accustomed to how they get to the bottom line. I think they use, for obvious reasons, square footage, how easy is it to get to the removal area and which room is the demo taking place. I think for most maybe the pricing could be explained more and not changed. These guys do a great job and I would hire them again for their services! Quality of work is great and they delivered as promised!
