Irving Unlimited Services is excellent. When I called them, the owner answered himself and said, "Sure! Whatever you need me to do, we can work it in." He also knew the man who was going to be installing my new tile afterward, so he said they would be able to work together on the transition, which was helpful. The process was both quick and very clean. There was no dust at all. Nobody else around here does this exact service, so there's not really anyone to compare to in terms of price. I personally think that the cost is well worth it compared to just having someone make a mess with it.

This company is very responsive. They'll call you back quickly and it's usually the owner who is a really easy going and helpful person. He's well known in the industry as well. We interviewed a bunch of different people to get quotes on our tile installation and they all knew who he was and verified that he does a great job.
