The first time I went into David's Abbey Carpet & Floor I worked with their salesperson Tim Young, who is very nice and very knowledgeable. This is not my first rodeo and I liked his approach and style: He listens and doesn't push, and he was knowledgeable and took his time with me. That was last year and this year I redid some rooms and asked for him.

As far as the installers, I had a husband and wife team and they worked very hard and knew exactly what they were doing. I had a bedroom and family room done, so she was doing her thing and he was doing his. They weren't taking time off to be on the phone or anything--they worked very hard and were respectful. Whenever the time comes for another room, I will certainly ask for this couple if they are still doing installations. I'm very pleased and I have no complaints, and that's kind of hard these days not to have any complaints.
