I had an agreement with William. He said they'd be done in 4 hours, and if not they wouldn't charge for the extra time. Sure enough, they were done in exactly 4 hours! I was amazed. Also, they took great care of our furniture. We needed some furniture put into storage and they took great care in wrapping and protecting it. Also, they magically got our giant couch to fit in the tiny storage area. These are great guys to work with. It says a lot when the owner of the company comes out and helps with the moving himself.
