I had a short window to complete a move for a friend returning to assisted living from rehab. Other movers were booked, but True Friends took our move. On the day of move it rained and they were delayed in their moves for the day. They kept me informed about changes and asked if they could reschedule and gave me options, all still in the time I needed to move. On the day if move they were in contact with me and continued to stay in touch letting me know exactly to expect the crew to arrive. The costs were reasonable, no hidden costs, and responsive staff when I would contact they with questions, etc. I definitely would recommend this company and would use again!!! The crew was courteous and efficient.
