I am very pleased with Briganti's Automotive Services. He was very pleasant to work with and I was very confident in him and his abilities. He worked on a repair job for an old classic vehicle. He was very professional and efficient. In terms of communication, he was great. He was right up front about everything. He gave me the full rundown and told me that he was fairly confident about what the issue was and what he could do to fix it, but also preparing me in case it was something more complicated. I felt like I could rely on his judgment. He kept me informed. I haven't had a chance to drive the car yet, because I've been out of town, but I'm confident that everything will work fine. He even checked in with me to reassure me that everything should be okay and if there were still any issues, he would take care of them. This was my first time using them but I really appreciated their service. I've already recommended them to my daughter.
