My daughter's car broke down and the computer needed to be flashed. When we took the car into Mel he did some research and found he would have to buy a program to do it himself, that alone was $600.

Rather than simply turning us away, he advised us that taking the car to the dealer would be a better. Most likely they would already have the software and the fix would probably be free of charge due to the situation.
