By The Specs Roofing never came back to do my patio covering. They finished the first part of the job and then I never heard from them again. They did the entire roof on the house and they were supposed to do the patio. After they finished the roof, the gentleman told me he would come back in about a week when the material came in. I haven't heard from them since and that was last July through mid-August.

The customer service was fair and the roofing part of it went well. The roof looks good, but they left a lot of roofing nails down. Before I could bring my car home, I swept up nails for days. I don't want to put anybody's business down, but if anybody asked me I would just have to let them know some of the things I wasn't really pleased with.
