We were visiting the area from out of town and had a problem with the serpentine belt drive on our 2004 Volvo. It turned out the belt tensioner had gone bad causing the belt to slip and burn. it was creating a lot of smoke. We had a almost 2000 miles of driving to get home and the techs at Bridwell not only got the work done promptly and efficiently, but kept us in the loop throughout the morning. Great work! Thanks!
