I had the most amazing experience with their customer service and their communication - they always answer the phone and have the person you've been working with call you or email you and the flooring expertise is serious - I had a vintage floor I was trying to match and I had been shopping around for months - they gave me the confidence I needed and then they shipped faster than what they said...only slight issue was the freight delivery company didn't call so I didn't know they were coming that day but they stayed and unloaded every bundle with me and there was NO damage! :) I'm such a happy customer - I could skip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
