I was in a flooring "bind". I needed 2 more cases of what suddenly became a discontinued product. I contacted Flooring.org, and Andrew began communicating with me. He went out of his way to locate 2 more cases of what I needed, worked with me on the shipping, and provided me with a PayPal way of paying. I was able to track my order, and it arrived via FedEx in a very timely order. Everything was perfect! I'm beyond happy, and relieved!
