I had ordered some wood from Flooring.org. When ordering it, I put 10% extra on it and they also put 10% extra on the order in case of shipping damages. This worked out great and I ended up with 20% extra. The wood I ordered was red oak for flooring. We were rebuilding our house and wanted to install the red oak in our new home. The customer service from this company is excellent. I had ordered some padding along with the wood and someone at their company saw the order and called me back to make sure that I knew the padding was not to go under the wood flooring. I had ordered the padding for a different reason, but I really appreciated that they went above and beyond like that to make sure I wasn't confused about the the purpose of the materials I ordered. If I had been, that would have saved me a lot of money. I am extremely pleased with this company and would use them again in the future. I will also recommend them to other people.
