I ordered 8 boxes of beautiful Somerset engineered hardwood. It arrived safely in a little over a week. Unfortunately upon installation it was discovered that one of the boxes was the wrong color even though it was labeled the same as the others. I contacted Andrew and he took care of a refund on the wrong wood very quickly without any hassle. This was a problem from the manufacturer end not Flooring.org. Fortunately for me I also had a very skilled installer who was able to make the wood I did have stretch to finish the job! It looks great!
