I was incredibly impressed with how good the online service was and how knowledgeable both Eric and Andrew were during my many calls. I installed the floors this passed weekend, and they were very good quality boards. I had very little trouble getting the long board lengths to fit into the next row. The price was great as well. I can't wait to finish these floors, and have them in my home for decades to come!
