Montell Construction completed a deck and a walk way for my home. I was very happy with them. The supervisors were excellent. They kept me informed on all the details. I was told in advance when they would be arriving, how many workers would be on location, and when the project should be completed. They estimated that it would take about 3 to 4 days, and they finished in 3.

The workers were fabulous. They were very attuned to our comfort zone. They could not have been more respectful of our property. They kept the job site clean and were kind about their noise level. They waited a certain time of the morning to begin their noisiest work, out of respect for our neighbors.

The product is all that we expected. We are very happy with our new deck.
