We worked with Charlie from Access Custom Garage Doors. He came out to our house and advised us on a design. He didn't make one call back to follow up. He let us think about it for several months and didn't continue to bug us, which we appreciated. We did know, after some months of thinking about what to do, that we wanted to call Charlie back and use him.
