I've had the garage door from Access Custom Garage Doors for about 4 years now. I've had some problems with the product.There was a design flaw and a few times I had to pay full service fee for a small part replacement. I also had to replace the motor, though I'm not sure if that was their fault. The part was covered but not the labor so they stood by what they said but it was so new that I was surprised it needed fixing.

It broke again a year later and I asked them to replace it for free. There was a faulty part and they gave me an extra in case it broke again. Once I got through to the right person and complained, it was handled but I had to fight for it. They were nice guys though.
