Jennifer, the gal in the front office at Access Custom Garage Doors, was very good for setting things up. Someone broke into my car and stole my garage door opener. I wanted it fixed as soon as possible, since this person had my personal information and a way to get into my garage.

Jennifer was great and professional. She always got back to me when she said she would. Even when she didn't have the answer yet, she would contact me to tell me that she was still working on it. They came in early and installed everything. There was a small followup problem, but we worked it all out. They're a very solid company.
