Water Pro was great! I had an issue right after Thanksgiving- in fact, the day after- my dishwasher had not been installed properly, and the line blew. It sprayed water on the first floor, and seeped into the basement and sprayed water all over the basement. I wasn't even home at the time; my adult son was in the house while I was away in Florida. My son was surprised to see what happened, and unfortunately it happened hours and hours before he noticed, so the water damage was extensive. It had a long time to go everywhere.

I found Water Pro online and I saw that they were very highly rated, so I called them that Friday and spoke with Andy. He was great, he told me what they would do and that they would send someone out first thing in the morning. That was fine with me since it was late at night and the water had stopped. They showed up bright and early and moved things around in the basement, got the carpeting and floor up where it was wet, and got out all the fans and dehumidifier. They set up the fans in the kitchen, living room, and basement so they could immediately start the drying process. They also had to move a ton of stuff in the basement, and they were great in terms of getting everything out of the way and identifying what had been really destroyed.

They were here to follow up several times- pretty much every day- to check up on the drying process. They did take some stuff that had been really damaged, removed it and disposed of it for me. They also worked with my insurance agent and got me documentation on what the mitigation was, how much it cost, and a pretty detailed estimate on how much it would cost for restoration.

It was a really stressful situation, and they were very good to have around. I needed someone to come in, take charge, and help me out. Everyone was very professional and attentive. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them. I'm hopeful I will never have to, but I would definitely use them again
