I had water damage in my basement (fortunately not a lot) and had already pulled back carpet and had fans going when Andrew showed up. He showed us where there was moisture still and told us we could probably handle this one ourselves since it was not too big. He gave us some tips and did not charge for a service call. I was pleasantly surprised. If iI ever have a bigger issue I know who I will call. Excellent company.
