We had a rental house that was trashed by the previous tenants. Stains on the walls large holes in the drywall and stains on the carpet. Prior to having the carpets replaced we had Mark and his crew in to repaint everything. He did a great job on patching all the holes and texturing them. Could even see where the old large holes were. He got It done for me in three days. The carpets replaced the following day and my new tenants moved in right after that. I'm planning on using him on all my rentals.
