Took my 2003 Ford Explorer to them for slipping issue. Had been told previously I needed a new transmission. Derrick test drove it and said he thought it was just low on fluid. I had a dealer service it a few months earlier. The dealership did not put enough fluid in it! 2 quarts low! THANK YOU WATERLOO for being so honest!
