My main sewer drain was clogged. The plumber used a rooter, roughly 1/2 diameter without success. I was told up front this was $260. It was Saturday, I was frustrated & desperate. I was told my pipe collapsed the estimate to replace 40-45ft: $13,776.88!!! There was no absolute proof my line had collapsed. Monday an independent master plumber & son, come & use a rooter 3/4-7/8 inches in diameter and punches thru the clog!! They then use a ballon attachment on the water hose to blow out the rest of the clog. all this for $88. I am very disappointed in mr rooter and would never, never, never recommend them to any one!!!
