The plumber from Mr. Rooter Plumbing gave me three options as to whether I wanted good, better or best in terms of plumbing solutions. I didn't have hot water and there were a few options as to how it could be fixed. Being a novice at plumbing, I couldn't tell him if I wanted a new gas valve or water heater or what. He was great at suggesting and explaining the pros and cons of my options. I trusted his opinion and I really value his work. He was a nice young man, personable and I certainly will call them again.
