Our service was completed as quoted by me David Reyes the owner of Clear Lake Movers Inc. to Raheel Ali customer at hand. The Quote was given 3 Man Crew 2 to 3 hours to complete! The problem was not our crew. The problem was this customer over heard my crew chief call our office when they arrived at his move and made it aware to our office they had left their tool bag at the job prior. They were going to need tools eventually to dismantle a headboard. David said he will send a crew with their tools As soon as possible. Our crew chief Joe said there was an hour of loading up of all the other household goods before the tools were needed. As soon as this customer heard that conversation he used it as a spring board to continually nag the crew chief about how this was going to delay his move and he wants a discount and kept on and on and He became a continual nagging nuisance with this standing over the crew while they worked. They had called me and told me that the customer was out of line and just kept on and on about if the tools don't get there the world was going to end. So I called this customer and re-assured these men have plenty to load up before a screw driver is needed and they will have what they need when needed. All and all the tools were brought with no down time what so ever and the move got done as quoted and it is time to pay. This man was stuck on discount discount discount from the minute he called to book a move and let alone through the whole process! This man insisted that he should have a discount and said the movers delayed time and that's when my crew got even more frustrated and took a deep breath and exclaimed to him discount for what? The answer was there is nothing more to warrant any more discount than what you already have which was 10% already. We GLADLY accept this particular individuals choice not to use our services again without hesitation! Thank you!
