I just moved to Oahu from Texas and went in to get an estimate on paintless dent repair to a rear quarter panel of my rental truck. After talking in-depth with the owner Jerry, we decided that the paintless dent repair wasn't the correct option to purse at this point. The damage was a little more extensive and he felt that the paintless option would only repair 80....maybe 90% of the issue. I'm going to take it up with my insurance company and car owner first and then and then figure out what to do about the repairs. The whole time I was treated like family by Janine, Bernadette and Jerry. Within 5 minutes they knew that the paintless dent repair was unlikely and that I most likely wouldn't be using their services. However, all 3 continued to spend time with me (another 45 minutes) and talking me through the repair process and different options.
