Back in January 2017 during the high winds a branch about 2 feet long broke off and landed perfectly upright on my hood of my car creating a dent about the size of dime. Prior to that incident while washing my car I noticed a dent on my passenger door, just under the side view mirror. This dent was about half the size of a dime. This has been a bothering me for a while for those who know me can truly understand why. I am very $@!#% with my car, down to the point that I clean the firewall and under carriage of my car weekly. Three to four times a year I even crawl under my car to scrub all the road grime, dirt and mud that cakes up with time.
Having the dents bothered me so, I decided to take my car into Dent Doctor to have the dents repaired where I met Janine. Janine is very friendly and professional and you could tell that she is very experienced in this field. Janine gave me a quote and I made my appointment. I dropped my car off at about 10am and was told that it would take about two hours for this particular job so I returned at 1200 and Jerry Rabago was still working on my car and I don't know why because I could not see the dent at all! But, you can tell that Jerry is also a perfectionist and with his magical hands and tools he was able to make the dents disappear. He is really an artist in this field and you can tell he wants the job to be perfect because I could not see the dent at all and yet he continued to tap here and there and even used a reflection screen to make sure that at every angle the dent was gone. I was very impressed and pleased with the service, friendliness, cost and professionalism of the entire staff of Dent Doctors of Hawaii.
