I had a busted spring in my garage door and the guys over at Overhead Door Company of Auburn/Syracuse were the ones that helped me out. Lee, the guy who came out, was really friendly and courteous. He got right to work on the door and showed that he was really competent with how efficient he did his work. He explained to me what he was doing and why and he was just really pleasant to be around. He was an all around great guy who did a great job for me.
