Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse has been very responsive to us for thirty-five years! That's when we had the garage built and the construction people used Overhead Door to install the door. That was three doors ago! Overhead Door has very good quality doors which is one reason we stuck with them all these years. A few times I have had a problem with the unit not working and they were here within a few days to fix it. Thanks to their quick response time, I never had a car get stuck inside the garage! They are all really nice people who know more than just their specific area of expertise. They seem to have a good working knowledge of the overall picture. For example, I have a screen installed in front of the door and they all know how it works and how to work around it when they come to work on the door. Another thing I really like is that they always include a return envelope when they send the bill. It sounds like a little thing, but I really do appreciate that they include an envelope!
